Spent Xmas at this hotel and had a blast. Appreciated the complementary welcome drink and Xmas cookies. Location was perfect for exploring the city. Room was comfortable and clean with a great view. the staff were friendly and always ready to help with any requests. the breakfast had a good variety of choices and the local dishes were delicious.

Despite reporting it to reception, it was not dealt with in a timely manner and I had to spend the night feeling uncomfortable. the dishonesty of the receptionists regarding payment was also a letdown.
